Refund Policy

dc Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule continuing education courses due to low registration. If this occurs, all registered participants will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Our in-person, hands-on courses are in high demand, with limited seating available. Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants may cancel up to 10 a.m. EST, 14 business days prior to the course’s start date to receive a full refund. After this deadline, refunds will not be issued.

For CE courses offered free of cost, cancellations made after the 14-business-day deadline will incur a $250 fee.
